研究方向:运用化学生物学、遗传学、细胞生物学等交叉方法,结合单细胞转录组学、ABPP靶点 “垂钓”、CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑等技术,解析中药及活性小分子在肝肾疾病调节、雄性生殖保护、心肌修复、抗肿瘤方面的作用靶标与分子互作机制,为创新中药研发提供理论和技术支持。
